Heidi Scheller




Heidi is a Designated Linklater Voice teacher and actress living in Los Angeles, who has been teaching at the Stella Adler Academy of Acting in Hollywood since 2002.  Originally from Philadelphia and New York City, Heidi was Designated by Kristin Linklater in 1998, and has taught voice and acting in a variety of places including: California Institute of The Arts, New York University, New Actors Workshop, The Gene Frankel Theatre, Circle in the Square, The Hamptons Shakespeare Festival, Shakespeare & Company and Kids Onstage.  Heidi is a graduate Of The University of Pennsylvania and Circle in the Square Theatre School.

Heidi specializes in teaching the Linklater progression from the book Freeing the Natural Voice by Kristin Linklater.  She coaches students in voice and acting, audition preparation (monologues and scenes), breath/tension/emotional release, speech and accent reduction, and is available for production coaching and workshops in voice, text and acting.
