Samantha teaches voice, performance of biblical texts, and preaching to anyone interested in exploring and experiencing the ways that freeing their natural voice can help words become enfleshed and connect them to the sacred. She has served as an adjunct professor at The General Theological Seminary and a graduate instructor at Princeton Theological Seminary, where she is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Homiletics with an emphasis in Speech Communication. Her research focuses on vulnerability as an essential dynamic for preaching that may be fostered through theologically alert, embodied voice training in the preaching classroom.
