Susanne Sulby was designated as a Linklater Teacher in 1998. She has been teaching, coaching and acting for over 25 years. Her teaching career began at the University of the Arts where her classes included, Voice and Speech for the Actor, Acting and The Business of Acting. She has taught during the past 25 years for numerous theaters, acting schools and in her private coaching practice. A dialect coach as well, her most recent credits include the film ‘Silver Linings Playbook’  (Dir. David O. Russell) coaching Jacki Weaver (Academy Award Nominee, Supporting Actress 2012) and the critically acclaimed Ford’s Theatre production of ‘1776’ (Dir. Peter Flynn.)

Her performance career has included numerous plays from Shakespeare to original works like the critically acclaimed ‘Black Russian’ for Interact Theater. Most recent credits are The Samuel French Short Play Festival and The Time Square International Theatre Festival in her solo show ‘Sanctuary’ directed by the wonderful Andrea Haring.
